Keyoumars Izadi, MD, DDS

Keyoumars IzadiDr. Izadi has been in practice since 1994.  His training includes a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and 2 years of general surgery training.  He then completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as a craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship.

As a dedicated husband and father of three, Dr. Izadi has many interests outside of specialty.  He enjoys spending time with family, attending church, reading the Bible, taking his children on bike rides, movies and fitness.
